Puget Sound Partnership Has 2 Jobs

July 20, 2009
The Puget Sound Partnership (PSP; an exciting ecosystem recovery effort
in Washington State--http://www.psp.wa.gov/) is advertising two new
positions--(1) a lead for developing a monitoring program that covers
human and natural system indicators, and (2) a science program manager
overseeing science projects and direction within the PSP. The PSP is in
a unique position compared to other regional EBM efforts around the
U.S., in that it has a legislative mandate to conduct EBM and it has a
well-established governance structure comprised of policy leaders,
stakeholders and managers whose charge is to direct and guide
implementation of key strategies to recover the watersheds and marine
systems in Puget Sound.

These positions are open to those with Master's or PhD, and salary is
commensurate with experience. I would be happy to talk to anyone who is
interested in what these positions might entail.

Closing date is August 10, 2009.
